Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept when we send a shipment confirmation email.

Shipping

We ship globally excluding Asia and certain remote regions. Shipping options include:

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided they are:

• With all original tags and labels attached
• Returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Process

Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). For other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse. Upon approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
