Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within a defined period.
Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the hygiene, safety, and integrity of all our products, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Jewelry & Charms
- Socks
- Belts (if the original packaging and tags have been removed)
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the process, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- Our team will review your request. If approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship the package to the address provided. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Timelines & Methods
We aim to make the refund process as efficient as possible:
- Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse.
- Upon inspection and approval, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and appear on your statement.
- For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is processed. Standard or free shipping rates will apply based on the new order’s value.
